(PRWeb) January 19, 2007 -- AlternativeSoft has named Ute Mangold, CFA, Managing Director for the US market. Mrs. Mangold will be based in New-York and will concentrate on selling the software for fund of funds from AlternativeSoft. With more than 15 years experience in business development and sales in capital markets, she will be responsible for developing the company's business marketing function to bring the benefits of AlternativeSoft's flagship portfolio construction solution to the North American market.

Mrs. Mangold will report to Laurent Favre, CEO of AlternativeSoft. Prior to joining AlternativeSoft, Mrs. Mangold was Senior Relationship Manager for the large German bank Hypoveeinsbank in Munich, London and New-York, where she spent eleven years heading the international fixed income sales team.
